Returns
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 30 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange.
Delivered Item Cancelation
Home delivered orders can be canceled at any time prior to your scheduled delivery date by calling Customer Service at (727) 585-8853.
Delivered Item Returns:
Delivered appliances may be returned for defective exchange ONLY and must be checked by an authorized service agent before an exchange can be approved. All exchanges are at the sole discretion of Class Appliance Center. A restocking fee & redelivery fee may be applied to any product exchanged/returned that does not meet the guidelines detailed above.
Non-returnable items
- Damaged or abused items
- Shipping , delivery and installation charges
- Consumable items such as filters and cleaners
Refund Method
Where applicable, all refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment.
Delivery
Local delivery and simple setup of appliances are available for $65.00 per appliance. Simply setup may require additional charges for parts.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Class Appliance Center reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Class Appliance Center will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with Class Appliance Center’s Return Policy.
Manufacturer Warranties and Repair
Class Appliance Center is an Authorized Retailer for every brand we sell. Every item we sell, unless otherwise noted, includes a manufacturer's warranty. Refer to your the documentation included with the item for warranty details.
Product Descriptions
Class Appliance Center and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Class Appliance Center does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Class Appliance Center itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
