Poor Customer Service

I had some issues with the top of the dryer denting and I had been calling customer service for over two months. My call would get escalated to the presidential liason every time with no follow up thereafter. Finally after another phone call and an email a very sweet presidential laison called me and made the situation right. She went above and beyond to rectify the situaiton. It should not have taken almost 3 months to receive a resolution but Im happy that it is over.

Ease of operation was key

I had had a whirlpool for 33 years so I was reluctant to switch brands. however after a quick read in the accompanying booklet my dryer was finishing my first load So simple ease of operation was key to my purchasing this dryer

I was extremely disappointed with the LG Gas Dryer that I purchased from Home Depot. I was led to believe that the LG dryer could be used with LP gas with the proper conversion kit. The dryer was delivered to my house to our laundry on the second floor. I hired a contractor come in to install it and he could not figure out how to install it to LP gas After a lot of aggravation and frustration I finally called LG Customer Service and was told that LG does not recommend LP Gas with their Gas Dryer...only natural gas After further aggravation wasted time and future extra cost that will be involved Home Depot agreed to take the dryer back and sold me another brand dryer that has a simple connect to adapt to LP gas. Im still awaiting the contractors return at an additional cost to install the new dryer Why any company would not make the necessary conversion attachment to LP gas something that was easy to accomplish blows my mind.

Dryer with gas leak...waiting for replacement.

I am still waiting for a replacement dryer to be delivered since the original one has an interior gas leak. Once all is completed I hope to have a better review. Since I already have a few of your appliances I am disappointed that this purchase has been a big disappointment so far. I have spent many hours with the store and LG and I am now informed that the replacement dryer wont be delivered until November 7th. I had my tenants available today all day but I dont know their schedule for next week yet.

We purchased a LG dryer at Lowes and it worked worked for 4 weeks then stoped heating.We went through the process of getting it fixed That took another week.The technician then said that we need 3 parts to fix it without removing the back. He said the parts would be delivered to the house and he would be back in 2 more weeks Then I got an email saying the parts were being delayed We would just like a return authorization so we can just return the faulty Dyer to Lowes

Very disappointing

We bought this dryer last month. when we installed it it wouldnt work. Instead of allowing us to return it to Home Depot or LG directly we are still waiting over three weeks now for an LG repairman to come and look at it. Very disappointing. We used to really trust LG.

The size of it is nice big enough of kind size comforter. My cloth is always very dry even when I only use it on the 20min setting. I havent tired the press dry setting yet but looking forward to trying that. Over all great price and works fantastic.
