We purchased this refrigerator a month ago and are very pleased with the massive amount of storage space in the freezer drawers and the refrigerator. The dual ice makers regular and craft ice are fantastic and the wi-fi monitoring system is a very nice additional feature.

The refrigerator is nice. Thats the only reason I gave it 2 stars. If you are purchasing this for craft ice dont. It was short time ago a technician had to come fix it and I just bought it at the end of 2021. Now my craft ice drawer is just a solid piece of ice. STILL waiting on a part to come in.

The craft ice is an excellent feature. I no longer have to mess with filling molds and setting them in freezer. Having two separate drawers to the freezer is a great feature. The negative issue was the amount of water I had to flush out of the water dispenser to clear up the plastic taste the water had. I am hoping I dont have to deal with a plastic taste again when I have to change the water filter.

Our fan compressor and ice maker went out the first week of December. We are still under warranty however it is now the end of January and we still have not received our parts so the repair company can fix our refrigerator. I have always liked LG products but after this experience I will be looking at other brands.

The technician came replaced the drain motor and left immediately without any testing. The unit is still not fixed. Contact LG customer support doesnt work become the technician is a contractor to LG. They dont care about LG at all.

The craft maker broke within months then took months to get it fixed. The repairman told me that it would break again because it was engineered poorly. He was right it broke within months of the first repair and of course the warrantee had expired. LG knows of this problem yet they still sell it so I will assume that all their products suck and will not buy my next appliance

Have had my new frig in operation for a week now couldnt be happier. Appreciate the extra food space and the craft ice was a hit over New Years eve. You can also down loiad an app. and it updates you oon the temps and will let you know if any of the doors have been left open.

Even though the refrigerator is working fine the freezer dont get to set temperature. What is frustrating is that LG support has been extremely poor and have presented no solution. This is 4 months old refrigerator that still on warranty.

Good fridge very quiet like the lighting and size. Craft ice is very slow to produce and you dont have much of a storage bin hence the four stars Double freezer is stylish and a nice feature so you find items without having to dig to the bottom of a large bin

The refrigerator is great and so is the ice ball maker. The problem is the regular ice maker thats in the door. It randomly quits making ice even though none of the troubleshooting suggestions are the problem and has to be reset. Weve had the ice maker replaced once under warranty so far LG Service Technician was terrific but the new one has already quit making ice two times. Ive never had an ice maker that has to be reset so often. If it keeps happening Ill call LG again. The craft ice ball maker works well and is fun to have. I really like the French door feature and the two freezer drawers. Very happy with purchase except for the regular ice maker.

Water does not come as cold as it normally would in other models. The ice maker capacity is pretty small and freezes in chunks not dispensing ice. Specialty ice takes too long to make and it has a weird taste maybe subjective to my area Fridge and freezer capacity are great but I believe it could have been better designed.

Craft Ice maker failed after just six months after purchase. Warranty covers it but LG response is slow and time consuming. Repair company gives you an 8 hour window with 30 minute advance notice that they are on the way. Guy came looked at Icemaker for about 30 seconds and proclaimed it was broken. Said they would set new date once I received new ice maker. Just got the maker yesterday. I do not know who to call or if they have word that unit has arrived. Waiting now. I am assuming that a new ice maker will last at least another 6 months so it will be outside of warranty period the next time. Not impressed with that kind of quality. I guess I will have to wait and see.

Replaced my 10 year old fridge and really like this new one. The style/look is really attractive. The interior room is excellent as is the design of shelves and bins. The in-door ice maker does not hold much ice at all. The craft ice maker is a nice feature but the in-door ice maker is quite small. The door display is hard to read. The controls that light up are great. But the other controls such as the control for cubed ice/water/crushed ice is really hard to see. These controls should light up. Overall happy with the fridge other than the door display and the size of the in-door ice maker.

Had this for almost 2 weeks and it is fantastic. Took 24 hours to come up to tempature and took the ice maker 48 hrs to make the first ice. 2 ice makers make the spheres about 13/4 and the other one makes the ice through the door. Good value at Costco.

Our previous refrigerator suddenly stopped working and we were on the market for a new refrigerator. After searching around and debating between Samsung and the LG we decided on the LG. Im happy we decided to purchase this refrigerator as it is A great size. Our previous refrigerator was a side-by-side and the icemaker had stopped working years ago. The craft ice is amazing I am still waiting for it to get perfectly round however. We have had our refrigerator a little over a week and my understanding is that it does take some time to produce perfectly round craft ice. The only thing that I wish this had as a light in the bottom drawer. The middle drawer does have a light however when you open the bottom drawer there is no light. I would definitely purchase this item again

It took us a long time with many hours of researching refrigerators before we decided on this model. I love the roominess and the separate freezer drawers. I wish that the ice maker was bigger and that it would make more than 6 craft ice balls max per day. Also Im a bit disappointed that theyre arent many options for moving the door bins. It seems that theres some wasted space that could be utilized. And my other refrigerator had lots of LED lights where this model does not. Im surprised that there are NO lights in the bottom freezer drawer. Poor design of that IMHO. Other than those small issues Im glad we chose this one.

I bought this fridge because of Craft Ice and the double freezer doors. The double freezer door makes it easy to grab the craft ice provides separation and organization of the freezer and is much easier to pull out as items are distributed across two drawers. The regular ice maker is fast but with smaller cubes. Currently I have the craft ice set for 6 per day as the clarity isnt as important to me as production so I cant speak to the 3 per day setting. It is nice to have the ice dispenser within the door and to have the small storage bins available. The french door hinges and mullion are smoother than my previous fridge. The fingerprint surface is much improved as well. Wish it showed the inside temperatures instead of the set temps and two evaporators though with the fresh air filter I havent noticed any cross smells from fridge to freezer craft ice.
